This well designed studio apartment is filled with colourful and quirky art by local artist Wendy Binks which makes you feel very welcomed. The large open plan living and dining area is a great place to relax after a day exploring Fremantle or a day chilling at the Beach.
The Kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom boasts a large shower and plenty of natural light. The bedroom can be kept comfortable all year round with reverse cycle aircon and a ceiling fan.

Parking and wifi are available.

The apartment is perfectly located as close to many shops, restaurants and the Beach, you can also catch the free CAT bus into Fremantle CBD if required.

Important:- A Security deposit of $300.00 is required one week before your arrival. Security deposits are returned to the guest’s within 7 days of their departure subject to the satisfactory condition of the property.
