We can also offer to convert the sofa into a comfortable sofa bed for additional guests at a rate of $30 per person per night. Important Note: A security deposit of $300.00 is required one week before your arrival. Security deposits are returned to guests within 7 days of departure, subject to the satisfactory condition of the property.
